CLIENT PROTECTIONS & OPERATING TERMS

Clear rules before
work begins.

This public summary explains the operating framework. Every accepted engagement receives its own final scope, agreement, fees, and service-specific responsibilities.Effective August 23, 2026 · Version 1.0
01

Engagement and scope

Using the website or submitting an intake does not create a professional relationship. Work begins only after EGO SUM DM7 accepts the matter, confirms the written scope and fees, receives the required agreement and authorization, and completes any required payment arrangement.

02

Pricing and outside costs

Professional fees, government charges, processor costs, travel, printing, technology, rush work, and other third-party costs are separated whenever applicable. Nothing should move forward until the client can review the accepted scope and price.

03

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide complete and accurate information, protect account access, review work, respond by disclosed deadlines, maintain supporting records, and promptly correct errors. Work may pause when information, authorization, identification, funding, or payment is incomplete.

04

Privacy

Information is used to respond, perform accepted services, meet legal duties, prevent fraud, and protect operations. It is shared only with authorized personnel, necessary providers, government agencies, or others when authorized or legally required. EGO SUM DM7 does not sell personal information.

05

Sensitive information

Do not send Social Security numbers, bank credentials, identity documents, tax records, payroll files, or other sensitive information through ordinary email or general website fields. Use only an approved protected document process.

06

Electronic communications

Clients may consent to electronic notices, invoices, and service communications. When an electronic signature is required, EGO SUM DM7 will identify the approved signing process and retain the associated consent, timestamp, and agreement record.

07

Payments, refunds, and cancellations

Invoices are paid through Stripe-hosted Checkout; EGO SUM DM7 does not store full card numbers. Earned fees and completed work are generally nonrefundable. Approved refunds return through the original payment method and may take time to appear according to Stripe and the financial institution. Unused advance fees are handled under the signed agreement and applicable law. Travel, printing, waiting, rush, technology, late-cancellation, or no-show fees apply only when disclosed and accepted.

08

No guarantees

EGO SUM DM7 cannot guarantee refunds, agency decisions, filing acceptance, processing time, payroll outcomes, business approval, name availability, licenses, financing, notarial availability, or commercial success.

09

Professional boundaries

Tax, payroll, formation, immigration-document, financing-readiness, and notary matters may involve legal, accounting, tax, lending, or regulatory questions outside the accepted service. Those matters may require referral to a qualified professional.

10

Retention and account closure

Records are retained according to service needs, law, security, and dispute requirements. Closing an account ends access but does not erase records that must be preserved. Final schedules depend on service and jurisdiction.

11

Security commitment

The client and staff portals use unique authenticated accounts, role-based permissions, private storage, protected database access, audit records, and multifactor verification for sensitive owner actions. Payment details remain with Stripe-hosted Checkout. Security controls are reviewed and tested as the system evolves; no internet service can promise absolute security.

12

Accessibility

EGO SUM DM7 aims for WCAG 2.2 Level AA. To report a barrier or request a reasonable alternative format, email egosumdm7@egosum7.com with the page, task, and preferred contact method.

Terms and retention schedules should be reviewed by qualified legal, tax, payroll, privacy, and notarial professionals for the jurisdictions in which services are offered.
